The 2025 Tahiti Pro is scheduled to take place from August 7 to August 16, 2025, at Teahupo'o, located on the island of Tahiti in French Polynesia. This event is the 11th stop on the World Surf League (WSL) Championship Tour and is renowned for its powerful, hollow waves that break over a shallow reef, creating some of the most challenging and visually stunning conditions in the sport.​

This event is particularly significant as it occurs just before the WSL Finals at Cloudbreak, Fiji, where the top five ranked men and women surfers will compete for the world title. Performances at Teahupo'o can have a substantial impact on the rankings leading into the finals.
